Description
REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency, currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Chester County, West Chester, Pennsylvania. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,665 to 2,940 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A office space together with 18, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,665 usable square feet (USF). The space must be available for occupancy on or before July 1st, 2014. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bounded on the North by Interstate 76, Fairview Road, State Route 82, Hibernia Road, and Telegraph Road; Bounded on the East by State Highway 52, US Highway 322 Business, US Highway 202, and State Highway 100; Bounded on the South by Locust Lane to Longwood; Bounded on the West by Birdell Road, Martins Corner Road, Bonsall School Road, Airport Road, Business Route 30, and State Highway 82. TERM: The term of the lease will be 10 years. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within six (6) months of lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner of manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. 1.
