Any contractor not signed in will be considered not present and not eligible for award. Solicitation will close June 13, 2014 at 3:00pm local time Contract award projected no later than July 3, 2014 Question Period ends June 11 at noon local time unless there are questions regarding the formatting and sending of the proposal.
