- Specifications for 3D microscope S tage Specifications supporting the test object : Stage movement is motorized controlled in X,Y,Z directions Stage Can Rotate 360 Degrees Z movements needs absolute calibration, especially when changing magnifications Best focus at different depths (Z) are stitched together to form a 3D image that can be rotated in the display High dynamic range resolution is required for display to enhance the contrast in the image.
