- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase request number is F3C3LG4093A001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73,. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 423320, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement consists of one item: 0001 - 600 Tons of Hot mix Asphalt The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 is added to read: Lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government.
