Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to extend the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) System Bridge contract with NTT Data, SECHQ1-13-C-0092, for six (6) months per FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services in order to allow the SEC to complete its ongoing competitive acquisition to transition all services from the existing contract to a new contract, and to allow time for a transition period. The SEC anticipates awarding a development task order in July 2014, with a four month transition-in period to the new contract. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only one responsible source. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this requirement and no other information will be provided.
