- Purchase Request number 0052788925, NSN 1560-009721542, Nomenclature WING SECTION, INNER; Solicitation # SPM4A614R1823. The quantity is 3 each: IAW CAGE 0JRC1, P/N 3-23285-1 and CAGE 76823, P/N 3-23285-1. The solicitation will result in an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. FOB: Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a critical safety item. Quantity variance is zero. This solicitation will not include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) now (SAM) must be registered via https://www.sam.gov The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 16, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
