- Technical Specifications This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOA, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Mid-Wave Infrared Camera that meets the characteristics prescribed in the technical requirements document. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA2823-14-Q-0036. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333314, with a business size standard of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. In accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to the government after consideration of the technical, price, and delivery aspects of the offer.
