Description

RFQ PC-14-Q-035 SF 1449 The U.S. Peace Corps' Office of Volunteer Recruitment and Selection has a requirement for overnight accommodations, light refreshments, and meeting space for up to 27 staff members as part of a staff development training. The scope of this contract is to provide the facilities and accommodations for an US Peace Corps staff retreat for up to 27 Peace Corps staff members. The Period of Performance is from August 6, 2014 through August 8, 2014. The contractor shall provide at a minimum: - Overnight accommodations for up to 27 Peace Corps employees for two nights within the GSA per diem rate. Participants will check-in August 6 for 2 nights. - Meeting space for the Period of Performance with capacity for up to 27 individuals. The meetings dates will occur from August 7 until August 8, 2014. - Light refreshments for up to 27 employees for the Period of Performance. - Parking for up to 8 vehicles. - Shuttle service to/from Albany, NY Airport. - Internet connectivity within the facility, including overnight accommodation rooms and meeting space. - Audio/Visual (A/V) equipment to include LCD Projector and screen set-up with laptop hookup. (Laptop provided by Peace Corps) - 2 Easels and Easel pads with markers for Friday Aug 8th 2014.
