Synopsis: Please note that RFQ/Solicitation Number VA243-14-Q-1024 has been canceled and replaced with RFQ/Solicitation Number VA243-14-Q-1093. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting seeking Small Businesses capable of providing "Preventive Maintenance & Repairs on government owned Sun Nuclear equipment" for the New Jersey Healthcare System (NJHCS), East Orange Campus located at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, material, parts, repair services, preventive maintenance, maintenance support, software upgrades and 24 telephone support as required by the NJHCS. Preventive maintenance includes, cleaning, calibrating, adjusting, replacement of worn or defective parts. All preventive maintenance must be in accordance with OEM, Sun Nuclear Corp. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219. Firms that would like to submit a quote for this requirement shall email the Contract Specialist referencing the following in the subject field "VA243-14-Q-1093 Preventive Maintenance on Mapcheck Systems". All quotes from interested parties must be received on or before June 9, 2014 at 10:00AM through email address as follows, charnell.cunningham@va.gov.
