- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. Modification 0001 is being issued to make changes to Lines 2 and 5 of the minimum requirements: Delete: 2) Shall operate via a submersible, enclosed, electric motor in the vertical position with a horizontal discharge Insert: 2) Shall operate via a submersible, enclosed, electric motor mounted in the horizontal position with a vertical discharge. Delete: 5) Shall operate at a minimum water depth of 18" Insert: 5) Shall operate when the pump intake is submerged. All other information remains the same.
