Description

The purpose of this Announcement is to advertise the government's intent to add the following two (2) NSNs to commercial contract SPRBL1-11-D-0029. NSN Harris P/N Nomenclature 5895-01-616-5898 11080-5000-01 Installation Kit 5895-01-616-5412 11080-4700-01 Installation Kit Per DLAD 52.216-9006 (AUG 2005) -ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS. The Add-on procedures under this clause will be followed. The scope of this contract is for all NSNs managed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) related to the end-item application. These NSNs fall under the scope. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (I). Approved Source(s): Harris Corporation (CAGE 14304) Original contract is Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity and has one (1) Five (5) Year Base Period, with no options. Unit of Issue: Each.
