- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Program Support Center (PSC)/Acquisition Management Services (AMS) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Commercial Travel Services for the Army in Europe/Asia/Pacific on behalf of the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) Department of Defense (DoD) Worldwide Commercial Travel Office (CTO). The period of performance shall be one year with four one-year options. This is a full and open competitive requirement under NIACS Code: 561510 The Request for Proposal will be issued within 5 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this addresss: http://www.fedbizopps/gov. Only electronic copies of the RFP will be available. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice and not a Request for Proposal; therefore, no proposals are currently being requested or accepted at this time.
