Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NM City: Farmington Delineated Area: City Limits of Farmington, NM Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 11 Parking Spaces (Surface): 11 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 11 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: • All space shall be contiguous and preferably on the second floor or higher. • The floor load of the proposed site shall be capable of supporting file safes weighing between 850 - 1,000 pounds each. • The proposed facility shall not be located near facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as "hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities" including fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, railroad lines transporting hazardous material. • It is preferred that the proposed facility not be located near a low risk facility such as day care centers, schools, hospitals, religious centers, and social service centers. • The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices. • 20' standoff preferred. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
