- Solicitation number, SPE4A6-14-R-1925, 5940-00-525-0907, Terminal Kit, unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. This is an item with an AMC/AMSC of "1C" and is a not a Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Application Item. Approved sources of supply are: IDSC HOLDINGS LLC 55719 P/N 76938323 COOPER CROUSE- HINDS, LLC DBA WPI 4Q3V3 P/N A1-177-0000 AMPHENOL CORPORATION DBA AMPHENOL 3ELX2 P/N PCM-TK-1 SIGMA TECH ENTERPRISES INC. DBA 04KF9 P/N SIG4900-63. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four option years. This is a Firm Fixed Price. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 502 each. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 2008 each for the base year. Maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 1004 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 502 each. The Estimated Annual Quantity is 2008. The Maximum Delivery order quantity for each option year is 1004 each. The total maximum contract quantity is 16,195 each. The requested delivery schedule is 90 days ARO. Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9033, Reverse Auction. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation Program (FDT). For FDT program Transportation requirements see DLAD clause 52.24-9058, F.O.B. Origin, Government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation, (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI). FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
