- Item Description: NSN 5985-01-086-0057 Antenna Manufacturer's Code and Part Number (if applicable):Purchased in accordance with currently approved source Dayton-Granger Inc. cage 55635 P/N FM10-267 Firm fixed contract anticipated for a quantity of 60 each to include price breaks 18-29; 30-59; 60-80 each. FOB is Origin using First Destination Transportation procedures to New Cumberland, PA 17070 Government Source Inspection is not required. First Destination Packaging applies. Adequate data for competitive distribution is not available. Sources who are interested in becoming an approved source will be required to submit appropriate data per the requirements of DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluations and Acceptance of Offers for Part numbered Items. The solicitation is issued under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "other than full and open competition". Reverse Auction Clause is included in the solicitation and may be used for price negotiation. The requirement is issued under ‘First Destination Transportation". For more information, go to http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. ( x) The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 6/16/14 ( x ) The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. ( x ) Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. ( x ) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
