Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought notice posted for the purpose of identifying capable vendors interested in providing these services to the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) VA Medical Center (VAMC). The TVHS VAMC seeks only interested parties who are experienced providers of outpatient clinic services who are actually capable of performing all of the requirements outlined in the attached draft PWS. Parties wishing to work as subcontractors to the ultimate awardee are encouraged to watch for actual award notices posted to FedBizOpps (FBO) and to contact the actual awardee after a contract is awarded. Award is estimated to be 6 to 8 months from the time the solicitation is posted. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) TVHS VA Medical Center has identified a need to replace existing contracts to operate the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) facility located in Warren County (McMinnville), TN. Attached hereto is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). These documents are provided as an example of the solicitation that may issue in the near future. The period of performance shall be for a base period and four one-year option periods. There will be a single award made from each solicitation, or the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. It is estimated that one-quarter to one-third of the enrolled population will need mental health care services. Capable vendors interested in providing these services to the TVHS VAMC may contact Carol Franklin via e-mail at carol.franklin@va.gov annotating their interest in response to the FBO Sources Sought posting:
