Updated VCS CLINs 3 June 2014 VCS Requirements Document Rev 1.1 dated 19 May 2014 - Clean VCS Requirements Document Rev 1.1 dated 19 May 2014 - Redline 3 June 2014 Additional Information: The Voice Conferencing System (VCS) Requirements Document has been revised. See Revision 1.1 dated 19 May 2014 as well as the redline document (with tracked changes) attached. Updated CLINs: CLIN 0001- Core VCS Components: BLACK 3 qty; Each item in this CLIN covers a single BLACK core and ALL ancillary equipment needed for a turn-key core system to function (i.e. chassis, cards, rack, mounting hardware, sub switches, rack cabling, FAT testing, if applicable, etc.). CLIN 0002- Core VCS Components: RED 3 qty; Each item in this CLIN covers a single RED core and ALL ancillary equipment needed for a turn-key core system to function (i.e. chassis, cards, rack, mounting hardware, sub switches, rack cabling, etc.). CLIN 0003- VCS Administration Server, 4 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for the hardware (rack mounted computer, keyboard, and monitor), software, and licenses required for an administration server. CLIN 0004- VCS Administration Clients, 10 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for the hardware (computer, keyboard, and monitor), software, and licenses required for an administration client. CLIN 0006- End Instruments: Desktop, Single-level, 16 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for a complete Desktop, Single-level End Instrument, to include the hardware, software, dual-PTT handsets, and licenses required to meet the requirement specification. CLIN 0007- End Instruments: Compact, Single-level, 270 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for a complete Compact, Single-level End Instrument, to include the hardware, software, dual-PTT handsets, and licenses required to meet the requirement specification. CLIN 0008- End Instruments: Desktop, Multi-level, 29 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for a complete Desktop, Multi-level End Instrument, to include the hardware, software, dual-PTT handsets, and licenses required to meet the requirement specification. CLIN 0012- Data, 1 lot NSP; Each item in this CLIN is for the data requirements, as specified by the CDRL list. CLIN 0013- Spare Core Components, 50 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for additional Spare Core Components required to meet availability numbers, and for future system expansion. CLIN 0014- Initial equipment Installation, 1 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for the initial equipment installation, per Section 3.3.2 of the specification. CLIN 0015- Training, 4 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for a single training session, per Section 3.5 of the specification. CLIN 0016- Initial Testing, 1 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for initial system verification, per Section 3.3.2 of the specification. CLIN 0017- Follow-on Testing, 9 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for each follow-on test event to verify the ATR-installed hardware, per Section 3.4 of the specification. It is planned for follow-on testing to occur quarterly. CLIN 0018- Yearly Maintenance Agreement, 4 qty; Each item in this CLIN is for a yearly maintenance agreement to cover system support over and above the warranty, to include software/firmware updates, system troubleshooting support, and Information Assurance compliance. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION: Proposal submissions must be received at the NAWCAD office cited no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 23 June 2014. Since proposal submission has been extended until 23 June 2014, Past Performance Questionnaires are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 23 June 2014. Proposals are being limited to 50 single-sided pages exclusive of the cost section. Include (2) two hard copies and a CD containing the proposal package separating the cost section of the proposal. The proposal document shall be in Microsoft Word and the Cost Section shall be in Excel and must include any formulas to show how final price is computed. Vendor Demonstrations: Vendor Demonstrations will take place no later than 7-11 July 2014, however, is subject to change as scheduled by the Government. See Section 4.2 of Revision 1.1, 19 May 2014, attached VCS Requirements Document for additional information regarding Vendor Demonstrations. Therefore, updates are as follows: 1. (VCS) Requirements Document has been revised (see attached file). 2. CLINs, CLIN descriptions, and quantities have been updated to provide more specific details (see attached file). 3. Proposal and Past Performance Questionnaire submission date has been extended until no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, 23 June 2014. 4. Vendor Demonstrations now permit 2 hours each of demonstration time plus 1 hour of setup and 1 hour of teardown time, and they are expected to be scheduled for 7-11 July 2014 or earlier. 5. Site Visit questions and answers will be posted on FedBizOpps as soon as possible. 6. FAR, DFAR, and NAVAIR clauses will be updated as soon as possible.
