- U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA Public Buildings Service General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Reston Delineated Area: West: Elden Street North: Elden Street / Baron Cameron Avenue East: Reston Parkway South: Fox Mill Road Total Sq. Ft. Minimum 17,770 USF Maximum 18,000 USF Space Type: Flex Warehouse Term: 5 Years Firm with 5 Year Option Additional Requirements: • Loading dock with ramp or capable of installing a ramp, automotive bays with two roll-up doors, training area, office space, and conference room. • Offered space must be contiguous. • Minimum of 12 ft ceiling height. • Minimum of 100 lbs floor load capacity. Submission Requirements: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address. • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (ABOA SF). • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • Interested parties are advised that the Government reserves the right to award on first offers, without discussions. Authorized Contacts: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative DTZ Americas, Inc. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in a 100/500 year flood plain.
