- This work effort is being solicited for all certified small business contractors under NAICS code 238990 with a size standard of $14.0M. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking all eligible Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned small business firms capable of completing the required Renovations to the Officer ™s Club, Building 15, at the Naval Support Activity, Philadelphia, Pa.; RFP# N40085-14-Q-6734. Estimated contract value: Between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful Contractor will be required to submit the appropriate bonding information at time of award. The acquisition will be processed using procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Description of Work: The project objective is for the renovation work to include drywall, plywood sub-flooring, carpet, etc. in the Officer ™s Club located at the Naval Support Activity. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), supplies and supervision to perform the renovation of the Main Ballroom/Bar area (800 SF drywall, 450 SF ceiling and 56SY of flooring/carpeting, the Conference Room Hallway area (500 square foot of drywall, 100 SF ceiling tile)s, the Coat Room area (340 SF of drywall, 100 SF of ceiling tile and 10 SY of flooring/carpeting), and the Party Storage Room (460 SF of drywall, 400 SF of ceiling and 100 SF of flooring/carpeting). All measurements are to be accurately determined during the site visit and are the responsibility of the Contractor for correctness. All work shall be performed in accordance with EM 385-1-1. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state and the City of Philadelphia environmental regulations. This project has an expected Period of Performance of 45 calendar days after the date of Contract Award. Solicitation Info: This will be a firm fixed price Construction type contract. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required for the PDF file, can be downloaded from the adobe website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued.
