Description

The following additional information is provided. 1. Current system requirements are not defined. Degraded Visual Environments are a challenge to V-22 currently, however the specifics of a DVE requirement have not been yet identified by the government. 2. The software currently in use is not available for modification as it is proprietary to the contractor supplying it as part of the HDTS system. The government asserts no data rights over the software currently operating on the HDTS system. 3. 20 pages is for the capability statement. Test data should also be kept to 20 pages.
