- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Analytical Laboratory Testing to provide Toxicity Microbiological Analysis for Water and Soil Sediment Samples. Reclamation contemplates awarding to the Orfferors that provide the Best Value to the Government, for a five (5) year period. The Laboratory Testing Services consists of various types of tests, which can be found on the pricing schedule. The Contractor shall provide all technical information requested per this solicitation. This requirement is being advertised under NAICS Code 541380 with a small business size standard of $14 million and is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. Solicitation R14PS00312 will be posted to Fed Connect at www.fedconnent.net and FedBizOpps at www.fbo.go on or about June 3, 2014. The date for receipt of quotations will be July 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to kfleming@usbr.gov. No quotations will be accepted through the Fed Connect. The complete solicitation with all attachments may be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of the solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
