Description
The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) intends to solicit a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is W91YU0-14-T-0149. The RFQ will be posted in Federal Business Operations (FBO) and the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site as full and open competition. The intent of this new requirement is to provide the following three requirements: 1. Electronic Intensive Care Unit (E-ICU) start up (implementation and AVHE) which includes: project management, site assessment, Electronic Health Records (EHR) integration, technical support, information security, and initial training of Irwin Army Community Hospital's (IACHs) E-ICU on E-ICU in-room and mobile cart end user operations. Equipment to be used and supported for this portion of the requirement is provided as a lease by the vendor. 2. Professional tele-health monitoring and consultation services to hospital's critically ill and intensive care patients. Services include provision of 24/7, remote ICU patient monitoring via four fixed beds and two mobile carts to include system monitored telemetric threshold monitoring/alarms, real-time nursing support and professional medical care and treatment. Real-time services are remotely delivered over tele-video/telemetry platforms and integrated electronic health records (eCareManager) from remote site to patients and staff at IACH. 3. The vendor shall provide Non-Personal Maintenance Service for IACH at Fort Riley, KS on all leased e-ICU equipment. The contractor shall provide all planned maintenances, corrective services, travel, labor, parts (excluding consumables) and unlimited ASP Technical phone support during normal business hours and emergency afterhours support, as needed. Period of Performance: 01 September 2014 through 31 August 2015, with two optional years ending 31 August 2017. The primary NAICS for this requirement is 621399, Office of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. The solicitation will be posted on or about 7 July 2014 and can be accessed at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. Prospective offerors will be able to download the solicitation and any supporting documentation from the website. Contract award is anticipated to be on or about 1 August 2014.
