- Solicitation for NSN 5975-00-235-1406 / 0052683891 / SPE4A6-14-R-1926 / Part Number: 35A9130-3 / Quantity: 11 each. There are 2 approved sources of supply: Hamilton Sundstrand (cage: 99167) and Midwest Aero Support, Inc. (cage: 0VXA1). A copy of the drawings are not available from DLA Aviation Richmond. DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract. No Quantity Option. This is a non-critical item. This requirement is unrestircted under the negotiated method of procurement. This is a non-commercial item. FOB: Origin - do not add transportation charges. This solicitaiton is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. For the FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 FOB: Origin, Government Arranged Transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination (FDT) Program - Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website ( http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/ ). A copy of the solicitaiton will be available via the DLA BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
