Description

**Amendment 1: The RFI instructions state: "Responses to the RFI should not exceed 15 pages in length" and "Technical data - to include an assessment paper...this paper should not exceed 15 pages including charts/graphs/illustrations. Therefore, the RFI responses should not exceed 15 pages and the Technical data assessment paper should not exceed 15 pages, totaling 30 pages. ** The Food and Drug Administration is seeking Request for Information/Sources Sought responses for an Information Technology Strategic Portfolio Management Framework requirement. Please see the attached RFI/Sources Sought and Draft Statement of Work. Please respond no later than Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 10 am ET. Any response received after this date will also be considered but may not be included in initial reporting or assessments. Responses to the RFI should not exceed 15 pages in length and shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Ashley Allen at Ashley.Allen@fda.hhs.gov. The attention line should read as follows: RFI Responses: Strategic Portfolio Management.
