Description
RFQ Cover Page Yellow Ribbon Event Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Nevada Air National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55 Effective on January 1, 2013. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The solicitation W9124XYR-0001 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 721120. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $30 million. The Yellow Ribbon Program for the Nevada Air National Guard needs a quote for an Event being held July 12, 2014. This location must be a full service casino hotel (NAICS 721120) having meeting facilities and within a 10-mile radius of Nellis Air Force Base, North Las Vegas, NV are preferred. Hotel/Meeting facilities greater than 10 miles, but less than 30 miles, will be considered if closer venues are not available. The casino hotel shall provide all supplies and services for food service to accommodate approximately 100 attendees. The Contractor will provide safe and secure child care room to accommodate approximately 30 children of the attendees. In addition, the contractor shall provide fully furnished meeting facilities including audio/visual support. Restaurants or catering services must be available on the premise. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. The contract will be awarded to lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is meeting all solicitation and performance work statement (PWS) requirements. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical - Facility Assessment consisting of cleanliness, security, amenities, and conformance with terms and conditions of the PWS. Past Performance - Relevant past or present performance which consists of similar size events you have hosted. Price A site visit to the hotel may be required prior to award. The Place of Performance will be the casino hotel provided in the selected offer. This solicitation is not for third party vendors or event planners. Quotes must come directly from the casino hotel. For quoting this event, be sure to follow the Contract Line Item Structure listed below. Remember that the Government is a tax exempt organization and we are not able to pay service fees or gratuities. Facility that offeror proposals on must remain constant for term of contract. A site visit to the hotel casino may be required prior to award. The deadline for quotes is Monday, June 30, 2014 by 5:00pm PST. Offerors who fail to complete and submit the requirements above may be considered non-responsive.
