- Synopsis Investigative Survey, Drawing and Inspection for Launch Facilities: Project 15-1239 Solicitation Number: FA4613-14-R-9001 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation The Government currently plans to issue solicitation #: FA4613-14-R-9001 Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Purpose: The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for project #GHLN 15-1239 to provide surveying and mapping services to conduct topographic, site and landscape surveys and complete drawings of existing conditions for ten (10) Launch Facilities (LFs) located in Cheyenne County, Nebraska & ten (10) Launch Facilities located in Laramie County, Wyoming. Collectively this is for a total of twenty (20) Launch Facilities. The performance period is 90 calendar days from date of the notice to proceed. Criteria: The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is lowest price technically acceptable. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541370, with a size standard of $14 MIL. The government anticipates the issuance of the solicitation on or about Jun 20, 2014. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
