- Sources Sought Synopsis: Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This request is for market research (FAR Part 10) purposes to determine potential businesses capable of providing the product described herein. Respondents should note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this request. The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents providing information to this request. Respondents must submit capability statements that clearly define the firm's ability to perform the service stated. Responses must include the company name, address, business size, CAGE Code, DUNS number, and point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. The requirement is to provide vouchers for Soldiers to take the Credentialing Exam for the Basic Electronics Modules: DC, AC, Analog, Digital, and Comprehensive. The aforementioned five basic module certifications may be acquired individually, and once a technician attains all five module certifications will issue an official Associate Certified. This certification is in line with the Department of Defense (DoD) directive of providing credentialing opportunities to Soldiers to enhance their skills and abilities and to make them more competitive upon separating from the military. This particular certification is required by Ordnance Land Combat Training Division (LCD) 94 A/P/T MOS AIT students.
