Description

Network Contracting Office 16 is requesting information only, regarding a company to come to our facility and correct deficiencies found in an annual medical gas certification inspection located in at the VAMC in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. See Statement of Work for specifics. Please communicate via email to Lance.Davis2@va.gov by June 11, 2014, 11:00 AM CST as to your company's ability to perform service per the attached Statement of Work. IMPORTANT NOTE: This is for requesting information only no award will be made off of this RFI. DISCLAIMER This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. If you choose not to participate, please respond accordantly.
