Please submit this Felony Conviction Statement with the proposal This is the specification for the electric elevator Amendment 1 has the site visit time as 1:00PM Amendment 2 has two CLINS: one for electric elevator and one for hydraulic elevator. Please use the CSI 16-division format for your pricing. This agreement will be used in contract award This announcement supersedes the previous synopsis announcement The US Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the modernization of a passenger (electric) elevator and a freight (hydraulic) elevator. Period of Performance is one-year. In addition to Total Evaluated Price, the following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical Approach, (2) Experience, (3) Schedule, (4) Past Performance, and (5) Preventive Maintenance Approach. Non-Price factors, when combined, are significantly more important than Total Evaluated price.
