- BPA CRP WETLAND HABITAT MANAGEMENT Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Mother Lode State Office is issuing this combined synopsis solicitation under commercial items procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74, dated May 30, 2014. This RFQ is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 238910-Site Preparation Contractors; small business size standard is $13.0 million; Product Service Code (PSC) F099 Other Natural Resources and Conservation Services. This contract will be issued as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), and will be used as needed. Submit bids based on hourly rates. Period of Performance Estimated period of performance: July 1, 2014 through July 1, 2019.
