This acquisition is a sole source requirement with Chemring Nobel AS Engeneveien 7 Satre, 3475, Norway for Methyl-Ethyl-NENA and Butyl-NENA. This request for quote (RFQ) N00174-14-T-0073 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's System For Award Management (SAM at http://www.sam.gov ) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code 325199, Size Standard 1000 employees, within Online Representations and Certifications Application (OCRA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov ) and (BPN at http://www.bpn.go ).
