- This solicitation is for a definite quantity purchase order for the acquisition of the following: 2540-01-593-1149 (Floor Mat) used on the MATV UIK model. This acquisition will use the procedures described in FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial items. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 06/09/2014 ; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Philip MacLean at 614-693-1573, or scanned and emailed to philip.maclean@dla.mil. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The proposed contract is Unrestricted. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The proposed procurement is for a quantity of 1400 units each and contains a 100% quantity option that may be exercised concurrent with award or within the full option period at the discretion of the government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
