Description

The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to enter into sole source procurement with Fresenius USA, Inc. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect. This procurement, the Fresenius Dry Powder Bibag Kit, is for a part specifically designed and retrofitted by Fresenius USA, Inc. to the existing T2008 hemodialysis machine. 2008T bibag Installation Kit Warranty for Hemodialysis Equipment - Twelve (12) months parts and labor The bi-bag product is FDA approved, machine specific and readily available. The bi-bag product is only available through Fresenius and is specific to the T2008 Fresenius Hemodialysis machine. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely by the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Inquires will only be accepted by email at rosetta.quintons@va.gov.
