Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), South Texas Veterans Health Care System, intends to award a Firm-Fix-Price, Sole Source procurement to Philips Medical Systems North America Inc. 22100 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021, under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 (b). The Biomedical/Electronics Services Department has a requirement for preventive maintenance and repair, calibration and/ replace defective parts for Radiological/Fluoroscopic, Computer Tomography, Workstations, Positron Emission Tomography - Computed Tomography (PET/CT), Contrast Media Injectors, Core Based Servers, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Catherine Laboratories, Angiographic suite, Nuclear Emission Cameras, Mammographic Radiology and Ultrasound Diagnostic systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may submit a capability statement that includes technical specifications of services, demonstrating ability to provide service and repair of described equipment herein. Responses should be sent to Eugene.hanley@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334510 and the small business size standard for this NAICS Code is 500.
