- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single-source contract to Skillsoft for the acquisition of Skillsoft e-Learning Libraries. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single-source procedures.
