Description
Intrusion Detection Memorandum Building Layout and Drawings Combined Synopsis / Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following action is to be competed by the U.S. Air Force in support of the 42nd Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 35112. The nature of this Acquisition is to procure a Closed Circuit Surveillance System (CCSS) video recorder. This announcement constitutes the solicitation by 42nd CONS, Maxwell AFB as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for a Closed Circuit Surveillance System (CCSS) to include Digital Video Recorder. This system must be able to work independently as a Closed TV Surveillance System when activated, installed at various facilities located at Maxwell - Gunter AFB. Minimum specifications are attached to this solictation (see para 2.1.2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for more information ). These items are needed at the 42nd Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 35112. Delivery is FOB Destination no later than 30 days after award date of contract. This is a notice that this order is a total small business set aside for small business concerns. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 (size standard 750 employees). No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. All interested parties can view, download and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments from the following website: https://www.fbo.gov/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of lowest price technically and any resulting contract will be issued as a firm fixed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type award.
