- Past Experience Past Performance History Sensitive Security Information Business Declaration Wichita KS and Cahokia IL Cab Glass Replacement Projects The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified contractors interested in providing offers for one or two Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Cab Glass Replacement projects. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP). See Section III for documentation required to be submitted and evaluated to determine which vendors receive the solicitation. SECTION I REQUIREMENT SCOPE These projects are for the replacement of ATCT Cab Glass windows. The two project locations are Wichita, KS, and Cahokia, IL. SECTION II- CONTRACT TYPE AND EVALUATION CRITERIA One, Two, or Zero contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Award(s) will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror(s) whose offer results in the lowest total price per project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238150, Glass and Glazing Contractors. The small business size standard is $14 Million; however, the solicitation will be for Full and Open Competition. SECTION III- GO/NO GO CRITERIA The initial information submitted will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis. Offerors must receive a "Go" on all of the following criteria to be considered a viable offeror and receive the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to perform clarifications/discussions with any offerors. To receive a "Go" rating the offeror must have 5 years of experience performing glazing work, complete the following documents, and receive an overall past performance rating of at least "Satisfactory": 1. Business Declaration 2. Sensitive Security Information Form 3. Past Performance History 4. Past Experience Information In order to receive a "Satisfactory" past performance rating the vendor must provide three (3) glazing projects with total contract values over $50,000.00 per project, completed in the past five years, without any negative ratings or negative performance evaluation from the respective points of contact. The information provided will also be used as part of the responsibility determination. Responses must be emailed to Russell.ctr.rogers@faa.gov, no later than 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time) 6/20/14. Please place "Attention: Cab Glass Projects" in the subject line of your email. Requests received after this date and time will not be honored. Failure to submit all required information will deem the request for solicitation as non-responsive. NOTE: Contractors must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM), formerly the Central Contractor Registration (CCR,) before award can be made. Contractors can register at www.sam.gov.
