Description
Performance Work Statement 28 March 2014 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services done in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Air Force 482nd Homestead ARB, 29050 Coral Sea Blvd Homestead, FL 33039, has a requirement for a service contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort of supplying and servicing four (4) portable toilets and one (1) handicap unit, located at various locations throughout Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB). Additional information for this requirement can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 28 March 2014 for PORTABLE LATRINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES BASEWIDE. Questions regarding this acquisition should be addressed to antonio.jones.13@us.af.mil. Answers will be provided via FedBizOps. We anticipate a single award contract based on low price. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for this solicitation, 100% small business set-aside. Contract period is 16 August 2014 to 15 August 2016, with four additional one (1) year renewable options, for a total of five (5) years. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 562991 and small business size standard is $7.0M. Offerors are required to be registered in Systems for Awards Management (SAM) to receive an award. If not registered, please do so, at www.sam.gov and must be registered by time of award. The solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOps website. Paper copies will not be available. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the interested parties' responsibility to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation.
