SOLICITATION FA2486-14-R-0230 Attachment 1: Statement of Objectives Concrete Targets Demolition Appendix A - Past Performance Information Form Historical Data Section M - Evaluation of Proposals Attachment 3: Task Ordering Procedures TASK ORDER 0001 Attachment 2: Wage Determination 2005 2511 Rev 17 Section L Instruction to Offerors NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS: The 846th Test Squadron (Holloman High Speed Test Track), Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, is seeking proposals for Concrete Target Demolition and Removal. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZC) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity with firm fixed price Contract Line Items (CLINs). The Solicitation Number is FA2486-14-R-0230 and the subsequent Contract Number is FA2486-14-D-0131. All future postings to this site will be under this contract number. THIS EFFORT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Air Force intends to award a single contract with multiple task orders to demolish and remove large concrete targets from the Holloman High Speed Test Track. Sufficient competition is anticipated. This will be a Best Value acquisition. Sections L and M define the evaluation criteria and process. The applicable NAICS code for this effort is 238910; the Size Standard is $14M. The period of performance is anticipated to be 1 July 2014 through 30 June 2018 or $2M, whichever is reached first. The Service Contract Act will apply. No paper copies will be furnished. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. In order to be eligible for award, your company must have current registration in SAM (System for Award Management). Register for SAM at website https://www.sam.gov.
