Description

J & A The USDA Forest Service, Northern Research Station has awarded Purchase Order No. AG-3604-P-13-0031 (with Modification 0001) on a Sole Source basis to CPP Incorporated (DUNS = 055461461) under the authority FAR 13.306-1 (b)-- Soliciting from a Single Source; and FAR 6.302-1-Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to conduct a series of wind tunnel tests using aerodynamic scaling to determine the influence of vehicle wakes on the drift of pesticide spray material. The contractor shall also conduct an investigation as to the role of sprayer wake in pesticide drift. The NAICS Code for this project is 541330 with a size standard of $14.0 million. The contractor is a Small Business.
