- Amendment 0003: CANCELS and REPLACES Amendments #0001 dated 6/11/2014 and #0002 dated 6/11/2014 to Solicitiation DTFAWN-14-R-00116. Amendment 0003 dated 6/12/2014 includes updated FAA response to questions and comments. Amendment 0003 also includes copy of 2011 and 2012 agendas from previous ANM Airport Conferences. **Please see attachment for Amendment #0003.** This is a Correction to Amendment #0001 to include the SF30 "Amendment of Solication/Modification of Contract" document, that was not included previously. This is Amendment #0001 - FAA's Response to Questions and Comments. Please see Attachment for Amendment #0001. The FAA Western Service Area, Acquisition Group intends to award a contract to a competent, well-qualified, responsive contractor to perform conference event coordinator services for the Northwest Mountain Airports Annual Conference. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This is a No-Cost contract. The FAA intends to award a Base Period plus 4 option years. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: Offers are due by no later than 2:00pm (Pacific Time) on June 19, 2014. Email and Facsimile are NOT acceptable means of submission of proposal. All offerors submitting a proposal must be currently registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at http://www.sam.gov before an award can be made. This procurement is unrestricted in regard to business size or type. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920, Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a Small Business Size Standard of $10 million.
