Description
Solicitation Past Performance Questionaire THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number M00264-14-T-00050 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-74. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541720 and the small business size standard is $19 Million. Personal financial management has been linked by the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and the Department of Defense (DoD) to many mission readiness issues such as security clearances, stress, suicide, divorce, and retention. Personal financial issues impact individual readiness and can degrade unit readiness and cohesion. Combining sound financial education with psychosocial research to help Marines recognize and respond to the emotional and behavioral aspects of financial management increases the likelihood of improved financial decision making. This project will develop a comprehensive, interactive classroom curriculum to be presented by installation Personal Financial Management Program staff.
