Description

The Department of State, Ralph J. Bunche Library intends to issue a Sole Source order with Real Capital Analytics. Market research was conducted and it has been determined there is only one responsible source for our requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The services being sought are online access to global real estate valuations for decision-making purposes and to complete notional market value estimates on all lease transactions that exceed $250,000. Services included are: property sale database covering 126 countries; Property trade search; Global capital trends; Europe capital trends; Market trends and trades; and Cross border capital tracker. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available; parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
