Request for information (RFI) Amendment VA119-14-I-0190-A00001 6/12/2014 The following language of the last two paragraphs of the RFI has been updated: The response times have not been amended. From: Response analysis for this RFI is being managed by Monterey Consultants, Inc. Monterey Consultants, Inc., is contracted by VA OSDBU for assistance with this market research effort and the survey portal is managed by this group on behalf of OSDBU. Monterey has signed Non-Disclosure Agreements in place and is restricted under Organizational Conflict of Interest clauses from sharing submitted information with any party except the VA. Monterey is not engaged in this industry and does not plan on doing business within this area in the foreseeable future. Contact Monterey Consultants, Inc. at questionnaire@mcix.com or 1-937-436-4636 for questions or issues regarding the survey. All Questions concerning this RFI/Sources sought are due NLT 3pm EST June 18th, 2014. Responses to this RFI/Sources sought are due by 12pm est, June 27th, 2014.
