Description
Please see attached Training Panel RFQ. Training Panel Drawing Specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V5D44140A001. This procurement is being issued under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #325211 and Small Business Size Standard of 750 emp, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 and DPN 20140528. Description of requirements: CLIN 0001 Advanced Composite Training Panels, Composite FFP-Panel, Composite 1" thick core X 18" X 18" Side 1 8 Plies Hexcell T2C-190-12F263-2, or Equal to Boeing Spec BMS8-212 TY3 CL1 GR190, Balanced Ply Lapup [(+45, -45, 0, 90)][(90, 0, +45, -45)]. Fiberglass/Phenolic Honeycomb Core 3/16-4.0, 1.0" Thich HRP. Side 2 is Kevlar 49 Aramid Prepreg. Cytec Number MXM-7880-/285 or Equal to Boeing Spec BMS8-218 ST218 ST285, 4 Plies (Crowfoot Weave) Cross Ply Lay Up. 2 Sides with Transition Edges as per Specification Sheet with ¼" Radiuses; Core Height Coninuous, with no Splices or Butts.
