- Set-Aside- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business(SDVOSB) 7PQC-DCMA-14-0001 is being issued as a set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The geographic boundaries are limited to Texas. Base Notice: The Contractor shall provide all management,supervision and labor to complete a design-build for a 35,000 sq. ft of usable office space. Solicitation Number: 7PQC-DCMA-14-0001 THIS SYNOPSIS IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The solicitation will be posted on or about June 27,2014. Place of Performance: Dallas Texas 75219 Primary Contact Lenora Wells Contract Specialist Lenora.wells@gsa.gov 214-767-0080 Secondary Point of Contact Barbara Giddens Supervisory Contract Specialist 817-850-8368 Barbara.giddens@gsa.gov Description of Proposed Work: This design-build project work will include all labor, material and equipment required to accomplish the interior design,space planning and construction for a 35,000 available square feet of office leased space on three floors of an existing commercial office building located in Dallas, Texas. The work shall include but is not limited to the design, construction documents, site and interiors investigation, measurements, reproduction services, interior demolition, project supervision, drywall construction, mechanical, HVAC system balancing, plumbing, electrical, automatic sprinkler head and piping re-positioning, and all other work to meet the tenant's stated requirements. Fully complete (100%) construction documents prepared by the selected Contractor shall be required for the execution of the work description. All design and construction professionals shall hold respective licenses, registrations and/or certifications in the state of Texas. Estimated Price Range- $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Procedures for Award - The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, technical factors and cost and/ or price. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Funds- This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. Bonding- A Bid Guarantee bond is required, as well as Payment and Performance Bonds. Security- All employees are required to pass a security check. Eligible Offerors- All responsible firms may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
