- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Kentucky City: Madisonville Delineated Area: North: Charles Lenin Road South: Pennyrile Parkway (Between Brown Road and US 41) East: Brown Road West: US 41 Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,943 ABOASF Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,943 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): Parking must meet or exceed local code Parking Spaces (Surface): 50 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 50 (based on Agency location review, fencing may be required) Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: A minimum of 15,000 ABOASF must be contiguous on the ground floor of the building and must be capable of being accessed by a minimum of 6 drive-in doors. The remainder of the space must be located either adjacent (all on one floor) or on a contiguous floor. Required space will include inside storage for 6 vehicles and/or trailers. Due to the regulatory nature of the Mine Safety and Health Administration's role over the mining industry, the Agency requires that offered locations not be owned by or house any person(s) or entities with more than 49% ownership in a mining interest to avoid the appearance of, or any actual, conflict of interest with the industry. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
