Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 is supporting the Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) which intends to negotiate and award a commercial sole source contract with IMA North America Inc., 7 New Lancaster Road, Leominster, MA 01453 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This procurement is to obtain services to diagnose and repair the Kalish Cells for the Tucson CMOP on a firm-fixed-price basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only and is not to be considered a request for proposal/quote. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
