Description

McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, VA has a requirement for LifePak 15, Defibrillator & Accessories, 3 each. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Physio-Control, Inc., 11811 Willows Road NE, Redmond, WA 98073. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. Response(s) may be made via email to gwendolyn.p.bridges.civ@mail.mil on company letterhead: include company name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. Responses may be faxed (757) 314-7801. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their products, past performance information, price and preventative maintenance. This information will be reviewed by the Government for consideration for future requirements.
