Description

Business Primer for Real Estate: Information Day This free event will provide the small business community an opportunity to discuss their capabilities and learn about potential subcontracting opportunities with GSA lessors. Large prime contractors receiving a federal contract exceeding $650,000 ($1.5 million construction), and that offer subcontracting opportunities, must establish subcontracting plans with goals that provide opportunities to these small businesses. The meeting will allow the Lessor to connect with potential subcontractors and small companies will learn tips to be successful bidders. This event can also help Lessors understand how to break up certain contracts into smaller chunks so small business subcontractors can compete for jobs. Space is very limited, Register today! Once capacity for the room has been reached, registration will be closed and participation during the event will not be possible. Identification: You must have a photo ID to enter the building.
